The elderly neighbor's frequent wall banging at 6:30 AM disturbed my sleep!!! The cleanliness was decent but could use more attention to detail in common areas!!! Not ideal for light sleepers!!!

I had a great time at Simply Guesthouse! The double room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a fully stocked kitchen that made breakfast prep super easy. The owner was incredibly friendly, and I loved the cozy atmosphere that really made it feel like home. Plus, the Elizabeth Line made getting into central London a breeze!

The spacious double room provided a comfortable stay, with pillows and a bed that alleviated my neck problems. Appreciating the hospitality, I was pleasantly surprised by the daily water bottles and the well-equipped kitchen, making breakfast enjoyable. The shared bathroom was surprisingly convenient, with minimal waiting times. some noise from the shared areas and limited privacy made for a less-than-ideal atmosphere. the location, while accessible, felt quite distant from central attractions.

We had all house for ourselves. Jing opened additional room for us, feels nice like being at home. Every day we enjoyed our breakfast in the comfortable yard.

Price wasn't exactly on the lower side but it's still acceptable for what we got.
